Here is the newest member of our family.
He is a 6 week old Yorkie/MinPin.
He weighs about 2 lbs now and will only
weigh around 5 pounds when fully grown.

Look at me!
I took her down all by myself and she's not getting back up till I say so!

Come on, let me lick your face, you'll like it...please, please, please!

Don't mess with my Telly-Tubby toy...grrrrr.

Ahhh...my favorite place to sleep.

Can you help us? We are having a hard time deciding what to name him.
Leave us a comment with your name suggestion(s) and
the kids will pick one of them out of a hat.

I will post the winning name on Friday, July 31st.

His name is Tippy.

He tipped her over all by himself.

His name is definitely Tippy.

(or maybe Tipper...)

He sure is adorable! He is so tiny; does he hop around a lot? You could name him Cricket!

What a beautiful dog. A name is going to be hard. I like the name Rex.
We are going to get a small dog when we move. That would be the perfect one for us.

Hmm.... Peanut or Yoda or Skittles or Max or LittleFoot, that's all I can think of for now...oh yea, Teddy.

My first glance at him brought the name "Toby" to mind. It was the first thing that popped into my head and seems to fit the more I look at him. Completely adorable (and maybe a little mischievous, too, yes?)!

Hi EJ,

Congratulations on the new family addition. What a great looking pup. He looks like a "Murphy" to me.

All the best,
Robert

Bruce is a nice name for him. It is a tough name and he is going to grow tough and big. Good luck!

I'm sure you've named him by now, but when I saw him the first name that struck me was Badger. Good luck with your new friend.

That's one of the cutest puppies I've ever seen. Let's see, just 'cause he's little doesn't mean he has to have a little name. What about Hulk? Giant? Hercules? :)
